– *Refund Processing:* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

– *Event Cancellation:* In the event that Sugandhim is unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, equipment failure), we will notify you immediately and offer alternatives or a full refund.
